TEAM > Half Dome baby!
Wooooohooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh man... what an ordeal! I can finally cross off "Hike Half Dome in 1 day" from my list of goals!
But before I go any further, there's absolutely NO WAY I could have made it without the support and encouragement of the people I went with: Heidi, Joe, May, Mel, and Mo - if you guys ever read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We truly epitomized a team - when one of us struggled (generally me and my horrendously out-of-shape self), the others were quick in supporting that person, whether through encouraging/motivational words or physical aid. At one point, poor Joe had to carry my backpack (BEAR BELL and all! ...sorry, inside joke) most of the way up to Half Dome!
Truly a living example of bearing another's burdens! Guys, I seriously <3 you all! Praise the Lord for watching over and sustaining us! =D

Majesty
I just wanted to share a quick praise about just how awesome God is, and how blessed/privileged I feel to be a part of the ACT team! =)
Sorry for not writing a "real" entry, but I leave you these song lyrics which really paint an accurate picture of how I feel every time I come into God's presence... this song also left me a sobbing mess this Sunday as we sang this during worship! After a while, as the tears overcame my voice, I just fell to my knees and basked in His presence. I just felt so humbled and awe-struck by God's grace - how He continuously pours his love and blessing upon me, despite my sins and imperfections!
